Community of Practice May 2024 Kickoff Suggestions

At our first Community of Practice meeting in May 2024, participants were prompted to answer the question: “Where do you see this Community of Practice going?” or “What would you like to get out of this Community of Practice?”

This PDF is a compiled list of participant’s answers and suggestions from the chat as a response to the above questions.  The responses have been categorized but not edited.

Tychelle Graham-Moskowitz

Who I am: I will share who I am by sharing the concept that I live by... "I am both an ancestor and a descendant" That is my journey and my legacy.

Educational, work related or life accomplishments I am proud of: I started in a community college and graduated from an Ivy League that I would have never even thought to apply to. Education is about opportunity.

What I do for work: I work in DEIA (diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility) and as a therapist for individuals and couples.

Latrice Williams

For the past 6 years Latrice Williams, broker/owner of Vision Properties, has closed over 170 transactions. She makes a point to educate the community on opportunities from the state departments such as the Homeownership Covenant Act signed into law in January of 2023.
