Beyond a One-Size-Fits-All Approach: Reflections from the 37th Annual Centennial Accord

Submitted by brian.turner on

On the ancestral homelands of the Snoqualmie Indian Tribe, state agency leaders, statewide elected officials, and representatives from sovereign tribal nations gathered for the 37th Annual Centennial Accord from October 12th-14th. The meeting was held in the Snoqualmie Tribe's newly completed facility, a thoughtfully engineered architectural tradition of an ancestral longhouse. The summit marked 37 years of formal government-to-government relations in Washington State.
