Blacks United in Leadership and Diversity (BUILD) is a business resource group that seeks to improve the experiences of Black state employees, increase representation in leadership positions, give voice to the Black perspective, and build each other up as we move forward.
DIN
Disability Inclusion Network (DIN) is a business resource group that seeks to engage the experience, values, and knowledge of people with disabilities in state government, promote universal access, and create an environment where people with disabilities can fully participate in all apsects of the workplace.
HAPPEN
Hawaiians, Asians, and Pacific Islanders Promoting and Empowerment Network (HAPPEN) is a business resource group that supports pro-equity and anti-racism work of the enterprise, and represents, supports, and amplifies Pacific Islander, Native Hawaiian, and Asian employee voices by promoting and inclusive workplace culture that values the authenticity and intersectionality of all employees.
LLN
Latino Leadership Network (LLN) is a business resource group for people working in Washington State government. We are Latinos and allies working to build, connect, and inspire our peers and people seeking to join public service. We are driven to prepare outstanding Latino leaders and a qualified workforce that will serve our state today and tomorrow.
RAIN
Rainbow Alliance and Inclusion Network (RAIN) is a business resource group that exists to help Washington State create safe and inclusive workplaces where every LGBTQ+ employee can bring their full authentic self to work, enabling them to do their best work every day for the people of Washington.
VERG
Veterans Employee Resource Group (VERG) is a business resource group that exists to integrate the experience, values, and knowledge of both veterans, service members, and spouses in state employment.
WIN
Washington Immigrant Network (WIN) is a business resource group that seeks to expand opportunities for immigrants who are current and future employees within Washington state government and serves as a resource for all immigrants who are state employees to connect, share, and educate each other and Washington state agencies on the skills, expertise, and cultural value of a diverse workforce.
