On October 25th, Mubina Raza from WaTech led a workshop for state agency employees online.

Measuring outcomes and impact starts with strategic planning and clear goals. This workshop walked agencies through the new Equity Hub as a tool to:

• Identify where the needs are greatest
• Set strategic goals that align with the Impact methodology
• Develop a strategy for measuring impacts using both numbers and stories
