The Roots and Branches of a Thriving PEAR Team
Members of the Department of Licensing, Equity, and Inclusion Office and an esteemed PEAR Team community partner invite you to an informative and lively workshop.
Presenters will share lessons learned about how to build and grow a thriving PEAR Team. From seeds sown into an agency culture of strong leadership support for, and modeling of pro-equity and anti-racist policies and practices; to relationships that branch out beyond the executive order. DOL will offer tips and tools for successful relational partnerships as well as opportunities during breakout sessions to generate more ideas for building and sustaining PEAR relationships.
