Office of Equity Public Records Request

Please email operations@equity.wa.gov to submit a public records request to the Office of Equity. In your request, please include:
•    Requestor Name
•    Requestor Email
•    Requestor Phone
•    Requestor Mailing Address
•    Description of records request (please be specific)

You should expect a direct response withing 5 business days. Based on the request, we may:
•    Acknowledge your request and give you a reasonable estimate of how long it will take to fully respond; or
•    Deny the request (in full or in part), with reasons for the denial; or
•    Ask you for further clarification.
