Project Checklist/Assessment
Reflecting back on all the work and planning that was done to establish a workgroup that is inclusive of people with marginalized lived experience, assess your efforts by asking if you completed all of the steps recommended in this toolkit. Ask yourself, did you...

- Did you define “lived experience” at this meeting?

- Conduct a landscape analysis?
- Reach out to the relevant Consulting State Entity for support and feedback to ensure that you are engaging with these community members effectively and respectfully?
- Thoroughly read all tools regarding disability, accessibility, universal design, language access, and planning inclusive meetings?
- Identify and recruit members with relevant lived experience?
- Did you conduct interviews and objectively select the best candidates for the position(s)?
- Review your agency’s accessibility and inclusion process and consult with your agency equity manager/team, disability access manager, and language access manager?
