Community Advisory Board

To implement and actualize PEAR, we need a collective of diverse community voices and lived experiences that can help guide the way. Understanding this need, we reached far and wide throughout the state to offer this opportunity to an extensive variety of community members. Together, we will co-create the process for their involvement in our work and the ways they will hold us accountable to our mission and values.

Government work needs community centric approaches. As we work alongside our community, we want to develop new ways of accomplishing tasks; ways that consider how those strategies are felt by those we serve. We can’t model the way without community. This is why our Advisory Board is essential to our plan to enact systems change throughout state government.
