Sarah is a Lummi tribal member and resides in Ocean Shores, Washington. Her pronouns are she/her and hers. You can often find her on the beach or exploring the coastal rainforests with her husband and their Boston Terrier. Sarah’s background includes over fifteen years in grant administration and compliance, procurement, budget strategy, and development. Most recently, her role also encompassed economic and community development in local government. As an advocate for coastal resiliency, she has worked towards providing better outreach and education to marine resources for coastal communities. She is excited to join the Office of Equity and its mission to provide equitable access to opportunities for all and the generations to come.
