2023 We the People Convening: Communicating on Purpose

On October 25th, TraeAnna Holiday from the Office of Equity put on a workshop for an online group of state agency employees. 

Communication is pivotal to driving meaningful and sustainable change. People know about the work being done in any space through communication. It can be as simple as a staff email or as complex as a video production. Having the insight to be guided by the intended outcomes drives most communications efforts. But the creative pathways are vast. In this workshop, attendees will gain a perspective of how the Office of Equity is shaping their communications team to use innovation and relationship as key forces for their creative content to impact systems change.
