Welcome to our Community of Practice Launch Event! This intro video should give you a better idea of what Community of Practice is and how we hope to guide the rest of this series events moving forward. 

Community of Practice meets every third Wednesday of the month, from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm, and is open to the public. If you would like to find more information about Community of Practice, follow this link to subscribe to our newsletter by clicking here.

Community of Practice is a a monthly gathering event, put on by the Equity & Belonging team at the Office of Equity. Participation in this Community of Practice will strive to increase understanding, skillset, and capacity building to develop Washington State into a Pro-Equity Anti-Racism (PEAR) Ecosystem with REAL conversation and dialogue. This means that CoP’s purpose includes centering Pro-Equity Anti-Racism strategies, modeling relational partnership, and demonstrating best practices while engaging with community to achieve belonging.
