Latrice Williams

Community Advisory Board Member

For the past 6 years Latrice Williams, broker/owner of Vision Properties, has closed over 170 transactions. Of those transactions, the large majority were black Indigenous people of color, first-time homebuyers. She makes a point to educate the community on opportunities from the state departments such as the Homeownership Covenant Act signed into law in January of 2023. The Washington State Legislature passed the Covenant Homeownership Act, recognizing the historical role of the state in creating discriminatory barriers to homeownership for Black, Indigenous, and people of color, along with other historically marginalized communities. Latrice was appointed earlier this year to sit on the governor's Oversite Committee for this program rollout set for July 1st, 2024.

Latrice is directly connected to the past and current president of the Spokane Chapter of the NAACP to continue the collaboration ensuring that all people of color are treated equally and covered with equity as it relates to housing.
