Promoting access to equitable opportunities, power, and resources that reduce disparities and improve outcomes statewide across government begins with transparency. We use demographic data to describe who state government hires. We use minority contracting spend data to describe who gets state contracts. The ongoing analysis of our workforce and minority spend data allows us to identify disparities and potential barriers for achieving equitable and just outcomes statewide across state government.
